Shipping Methods & Time
Orders will be shipped via Registered Airmail or EMS offered by Hong Kong Post Office. Methods of shipment could be selected from shopping cart and relevant postal charge will be displayed accordingly.
Order Processing : 1-3 days (Monday to Friday excluding holidays)
Registered Air-Mail : 10-30 days
SpeedPost (EMS) : 3-10 days
No compensation or postage refund is payable to consignee in case of Delay or confiscation result from customs clearance. The Customs will only inform the consignee about the progress of customs clearance.
Refund Policy for Unsuccessful Delivery:
Refund policy is not applied at any circumstances including items damaged, lost etc. Otherwise, insurance should be applied.
If there is a manufacturing’s defect or damage due to delivery process, the Company will repair the damage for you or send you a replacement. Refund policy is not applied in this situation.
We do not consider a parcel lost until after we have filed a missing parcel report with the Hong Kong Postmaster. We can do this after 45 days. Countries such as Italy, France, Spain, Braziland South Africa usually have extended wait times due to customs. However this is not common.
Once we have filed a missing parcel report and we have a response (no later than 60 days) from your countries postal authority, we can then replace your parcel. We will confirm with you on your address during this process. We do not refund or replace parcels that did not arrive because they were not picked up in time or sent back to us and lost in transit or have the incorrect address.
We do not charge taxes or extra fees on top of our checkout. However, it is your responsibility to pay any fees charged by your local customs or postal office, should they be incurred.
Prevent parcel return:-
Always double check your given delivery address, name and contact number and if any instruction before check out, information should not provide by separate email.
Please ensure the correctness and check deliberately on your shipping address before check out.
Go to your nearest Post Office to check your parcel arrival status with delivery tracking number if no delivery within stipulated period.
Make sure the delivery address is valid until you have receive the shipment

Warranty Policies & Guidelines
**Good condition refers original packaging with ALL accessories included.
** The warranty period is within 90 days starting from the checkout date
** To request warranty all relevant information must be indicated on the RMA application form. Photos and/ or videos are required for Initial Evaluation (submission via RMA) and the photos and video quality are good enough to justify the fault of products.
** For returning via RMA, the RMA form must be attached inside the parcel.
** Products MUST be returned to us for inspection.
** Returning or replacement to customer, product only will send by Registered Air Mail unless customer responsible for additional fast shipping cost.
** Customer responsible for returning postage charge.
** Liability of the product is restricted to the sale price of the product.
** If you are purchase from your local shop, please contact your local shop for warranty
** Failure or defect normal wear, improper installation, incorrect use, repair or modification are not covered by warranty.
** Warranty also will not applied to the following matters:
Wrong polarity connection of the product Case physical damage
Physical damage of the circuit board and electronic components
Prolonged or excessive heating of the solder tabs
Contact with water or other fluids Unauthorized parts utilization
Using accessories and motor are not specified by the manufacturer
Using a not certify and tested accessories included motor
Using over 5V servo
Using programing socket for other application
